If you run out of credits before your renewal date, you don't have to wait: go to Billing > Overview and click Renew now. You pay for a new period of your plan, you get its credits right away, and your renewal date moves.
Renew now
Go to Billing in the left menu. The Overview tab opens.
In Manage subscription, under Manual Renewal, click Renew now.
Check the summary: Plan, Credits added, Next renewal and Amount charged.
Click Renew now to pay, or Cancel to close without paying.
You are charged right away, and the credits arrive a few moments later.
Note: Each confirmation is a new payment, and early renewals are not refunded (see Refund policy). Check the summary before you confirm.
What changes after an early renewal
A new period starts today. For example, if you renew a monthly plan early on March 25, your next renewal is on April 25.
The new credits are added to the subscription credits you have left, up to the roll-over limit of your plan. Credits above the limit are lost:
Pro: your subscription balance can reach up to 3× your monthly credits. With 10,000 credits per month, that's up to 30,000 credits.
Scale: up to 6× your monthly credits.
Start: no roll-over, so the credits you have left are lost when you renew.
Legacy plans: no limit.
Your pay-as-you-go credits don't change. They never expire.
Renew now also works on a yearly plan: you pay for a new year and get the credits of that year right away. The credits you have left from the current year stay usable until 12 months after you bought them.
Renew automatically when your balance runs low
With Early renewal, Enrow renews your plan as soon as your balance drops below a number of credits you choose.
Go to Billing in the left menu, then click the Settings tab.
In Balance protection, turn on Early renewal.
In Credit threshold, enter the balance below which your plan should renew.
In Target subscription, choose the plan to renew. You can keep your current plan or choose a bigger one.
Click Save.
If your balance is already below the threshold, your plan renews as soon as you save. Each automatic renewal is charged like a manual one.
To stop automatic renewals, turn off Early renewal and click Save.
Good to know:
Early renewal needs an active subscription. Without one, use automatic top-up instead.
You can't turn on Early renewal and Pay-as-you-go top-up at the same time. Early renewal starts a new period of your plan and moves your renewal date. Top-up buys pay-as-you-go credits, which never expire, and your renewal date doesn't change.
Each automatic renewal shows up in the bell at the top of the app, and in Slack or Discord if you choose so on the Automatic refills line of your notification settings. There is no email for it.
If you can't renew early
Your subscription is paused. Resume it first (see Pause your subscription).
Your payment was declined. Check your card in the Stripe portal and try again (see What to do if a payment fails).
A renewal is already being processed. Wait a few moments: your credits are on their way.
Note: On a team, only the team owner manages billing.
