Connect Discord from Integrations > Discord: Enrow then posts its alerts in one Discord channel of your choice, such as a low credit balance or a finished file. Enrow only creates a webhook in that channel. It adds no bot, posts nowhere else and reads nothing on your server.
Before you start
A paid Enrow plan. On a team, only the team owner or an admin connects Discord. The channel then receives the alerts of the whole team.
In Discord, you need the Manage Webhooks permission on the server.
Connect Discord
Go to Integrations in the left menu.
On the Discord card, click Connect.
Click Add to Discord.
Discord asks which server and which channel Enrow can post in. Choose them and confirm.
Enrow immediately posts "Enrow is connected" in the channel, so you can check that it works. Discord doesn't tell Enrow the channel's name, so the Enrow page shows it as "chosen on Discord".
Use a webhook URL instead
If you can't authorize apps on the server:
In Discord, go to Server Settings > Integrations > Webhooks, click New Webhook and choose the channel. Then click Copy Webhook URL.
In Enrow, on the Discord page, click Use a webhook URL instead.
Paste the webhook URL (it starts with
https://discord.com/api/webhooks/), then click Connect.
Enrow posts a test message in the channel before saving the webhook.
The alerts you get
Low credit balance: when your balance drops below your alert threshold. You set the threshold in Billing > Settings, under Credit Alert. See Get an alert when your credits run low.
API calls declined: when API requests fail because you don't have enough credits or your subscription is paused. At most once a week.
Automatic refills: when an early renewal or an automatic top-up adds credits.
File processed: when a bulk file finishes, with the number of emails and phone numbers found.
All four alerts are posted when you connect the channel. Messages are in English, or in French for French-language accounts.
Choose which alerts go to Discord
Click your name at the bottom left, then Notification settings.
In the DISCORD column, turn each alert on or off.
The Discord switches apply to the whole team, and only the team owner and admins can change them. The email switches are personal.
Note: An alert about your balance never gets lost. If you turned off the low credit email and no channel accepts the post (for example, the webhook was deleted), Enrow sends the email anyway.
What it costs
Alerts are free. They use no credits.
Disconnect Discord
Go to Integrations > Discord and click Disconnect. Enrow stops posting in the channel. Your email alerts don't change. To also remove the webhook on Discord's side, delete it in Server Settings > Integrations > Webhooks. If you connect Discord again later, all four alerts are posted again by default.
