Choose where each alert goes in Profile > Notifications. Each alert has its own line, with one switch per channel: EMAIL, SLACK, DISCORD and IN-APP (the bell at the top of the app).
Click your name at the bottom left of the app.
Click Notification settings.
Turn on or off the switches you want. Each change is saved right away.
A dash (—) instead of a switch means the alert can't be sent to that channel.
The alerts and where they can go
Low credit balance: when your balance drops below your alert threshold. Email, Slack, Discord and bell.
API calls declined: when your API requests fail because you don't have enough credits or your subscription is paused. Sent at most once a week. Email, Slack and Discord.
Automatic refills: when an early renewal or an automatic top-up adds credits. Slack, Discord and bell. There is no email for this alert.
Invoices and receipts: an email after each payment, with the invoice as a PDF and a link to the receipt. Email only.
File processed: when a bulk file is finished, with the number of emails and phone numbers found. Slack, Discord and bell. There is no email for this alert.
Product updates: occasional emails about new features, tips and announcements. Email only.
Free credits refill (Free plan only): a monthly email when your 50 free credits are added back.
Rules to know
The bell is always on for the alerts it shows. You can't turn it off.
The low credit email can't be turned off while no Slack or Discord channel is connected: "Without a connected channel, the email is the alert." Even when a channel is connected, if the alert can't be posted there, the email is sent anyway.
The low credit threshold and the email address for this alert are set in Billing > Settings, under Credit Alert. Click Manage at the bottom of the Notifications tab to go there. See Get an alert when your credits run low.
Get alerts in Slack or Discord
The SLACK and DISCORD switches stay gray until you connect a channel. Go to Integrations in the left menu, open Slack or Discord, and follow the steps in Get Enrow alerts in Slack or Get Enrow alerts in Discord. Then come back to this tab to choose the alerts to post.
On a team
Slack and Discord switches are shared by the whole team. Only the team owner and admins can change them, and only they can connect a channel.
Email switches are personal: each member chooses their own. The exception is the low credit email, which is managed by the team owner, who handles billing.
When a switch is locked, hover over it to see why.
The bell
Click the bell at the top right of the app to see your notifications. You can mark them all as read, clear them, or delete one. The app can also offer to turn on desktop notifications: click Enable to get them outside the app.
The bell also shows team events (invitations, new members, join requests, role changes), referral rewards and shared lists.
