Your credit balance is always at the bottom of the left menu, under CREDITS. To see how many credits you used and on what, go to Analytics.
Your balance
The CREDITS block shows your total balance, split into Subscription and Pay-as-you-go credits. To learn the difference, see Subscription vs pay-as-you-go credits.
The balance updates live, including for searches made through the API, integrations such as Clay, and AI assistants. You don't need to log out or reload the page.
To see your plan's monthly credits and your next renewal date, go to Billing > Overview. The plan card shows, for example, "+30,000 credits each month" and "Your subscription will automatically renew on…" with the date.
Your usage in Analytics
Go to Analytics in the left menu.
Choose the period at the top left. The default is the last 30 days.
Read Credits consumed: the credits you used over this period.
Click Credits to add your credit use to the chart, day by day.
Use the filters to see where your credits went:
Origin: Webapp or API.
Status: All, Valid or Invalid (searches with or without a result).
Feature: Email Finder, Email Verifier or Phone Finder.
To keep a copy, click Export stats. You get an Excel file with one line per day and a Credits consumed column.
Credits used by a file
Go to the page where you ran the file, for example Email Finder.
In the table, click ⋮ at the end of the file's line, then Info.
Under CREDITS USED, see the credits taken when the file started, split between subscription and pay-as-you-go credits.
This amount covers all the rows of the file. The credits of the rows without a result come back to your balance when the file is finished, but the Info window doesn't show this refund.
Your balance through the API
Developers can read the balance with GET /account/info. See API credits: how searches are charged and how to track your balance.
Note: On a team, your balance is the team's shared credits. Your team owner can also set a monthly limit for each member. See Control team usage: quotas, API access and search visibility.
