Enrow uses one credit balance for everything. Finding an email costs 1 credit, finding a mobile number costs 40 credits, and verifying an email costs 0.25 credit. When Enrow finds nothing, you pay nothing.
What each action costs
Find an email (Email Finder): 1 credit, only when an email is found.
Find a mobile number (Phone Finder): 40 credits, only when a number is found.
Verify an email (Email Verifier): 0.25 credit for each email checked, whatever the result.
Catch-all verification: included, at no extra cost.
Your credits work for all three tools. For example, 1,000 credits get you 1,000 emails, or 25 mobile numbers, or 4,000 verifications, or any mix of them.
The cost is shown at the top of each search page, for example "1 email found = 1 credit", and at the bottom of the plans page.
When you pay nothing
No result, no charge. An email or a mobile number that Enrow doesn't find costs nothing.
Emails found are already verified. Every email from the Email Finder is verified before you see it. You don't need to check it again with the Email Verifier.
Verifications that can't be done are refunded, for example when the address is badly formatted or the mail server doesn't answer. A verification that ends as "invalid" is charged: knowing that an address doesn't work is a result.
The same cost everywhere
Costs are the same in the search bar, in files, in the Chrome extension, through the API, in integrations and in AI assistants. A file of 1,000 rows costs the same per result as 1,000 single searches.
Each search is done live. If you search for the same person again, you pay again when a result is found.
Files: you need credits for all the rows
When you start a file, your balance must cover all its rows at once:
1 credit per row to find emails;
40 credits per row to find mobile numbers;
up to 41 credits per row to find both;
0.25 credit per row to verify emails.
These credits are taken from your balance when the file starts. When the file is finished, the credits of the rows without a result come back to your balance. If your balance is too low for the whole file, the file can't start: add credits first, or split the file.
Mobile numbers at 50 credits (legacy plans)
A mobile number costs 50 credits instead of 40 when it is paid with:
the credits of a legacy plan (a subscription started before June 18, 2026 and never cancelled);
pay-as-you-go credits bought before June 18, 2026.
Credits bought since then pay 40 credits per number. Enrow uses your subscription credits first, so their cost applies first. Learn more in Legacy plans.
