Once HubSpot is connected, Enrow can find the email and mobile number of your HubSpot contacts in four ways: automatically when a contact joins a list, for a whole list at once, from the Enrow card on a contact, or from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension. You pay only when Enrow finds something.
Before you start
HubSpot must be connected to Enrow. See Connect HubSpot to Enrow.
To find an email, the contact needs a name and a company.
To find a mobile number, the contact needs a LinkedIn profile URL in the property mapped to LinkedIn URL (
hs_linkedin_urlby default). On a team, only the team owner and admins change the settings. Every member can launch enrichments and push contacts.
Enrich new contacts automatically
Choose HubSpot lists to watch. Each contact that joins one of them is enriched.
Go to Integrations and click Configure on the HubSpot card.
In the Configuration tab, open Enrichment.
Choose When a contact joins a list / segment, then select the lists in Lists to watch.
In Fields to enrich, select Email, Phone or both. The cost per contact is shown next to each one.
Choose the Overwrite policy:
Keep the CRM value (recommended): a contact who already has an email (or a phone) is not searched again and costs nothing.
Overwrite with Enrow's data: Enrow searches again and replaces the value. Each new search costs credits.
Click Save Configuration.
Automatic enrichment only fills the email and the phone. Your other mapped fields are used when you push a contact.
Enrich a whole list now
Go to Integrations and click Configure on the HubSpot card.
Click Run now.
Choose one of your watched lists or any other HubSpot list.
Check the preview: the number of email and phone searches to run, the contacts that will be skipped and the Estimated cost.
Click Run enrichment.
Nothing is charged until a search actually runs. The estimated cost is a maximum: searches that find nothing are refunded.
Find an email or a phone from a HubSpot contact
Open a contact in HubSpot. The Enrow card in the right sidebar shows your available Enrow credits and two buttons:
Find email: finds the contact's email. The contact needs a first or last name and a company name.
Find phone: finds the contact's mobile number from their LinkedIn URL.
The result is saved to the contact automatically. If the property already has a value, the card doesn't search and nothing is charged, unless Override is on for that field.
Every HubSpot user who sees the card can use it, even without an Enrow account. The credits are taken from the Enrow workspace that connected HubSpot.
Push a contact from LinkedIn
With the Chrome extension, open a prospect's LinkedIn profile, find their email and phone, then send them to HubSpot in one click. Enrow creates the HubSpot contact, or updates it if it already exists. You can also push contacts from an Enrow list.
Contacts are sent to HubSpot only when you push them: saving a contact to a list doesn't send it. See How the Enrow Chrome extension works.
See what was enriched
Go to Integrations > HubSpot and open the History tab. It lists every enrichment and every push, with the contact, the fields filled, the credits used and the status: Success, Partial or Failed.
When you run out of credits
If your balance is too low, automatic enrichment pauses and Enrow shows how many contacts were skipped. These contacts are not enriched later on their own. After you add credits, click Run now on the list to enrich them. To avoid this, see Set up automatic top-up.
What it costs
Email: 1 credit per email found.
Phone: 40 credits per mobile number found (50 on legacy plans).
Nothing when nothing is found: the credits are refunded.
Pushing a contact to HubSpot is free.
With Overwrite with Enrow's data, each trigger runs a new search, so a contact can be charged more than once.
