Salesforce integration

Connect Salesforce to Enrow to add verified emails and mobile numbers to your Salesforce records, and push LinkedIn profiles to Salesforce.

Written by Thomas Lucy

Connect Salesforce from Integrations in Enrow. Enrow then finds and verifies the email and mobile number of your Salesforce records, and writes them back to Salesforce. A team owner or admin connects Salesforce once for the whole team, through Salesforce's own sign-in screen: there is no API key to copy.

Before you start

  • In Salesforce, you need admin rights to authorize the connection. If you don't have them, ask your Salesforce admin.

  • In Enrow, you need a paid plan. On a team, only the team owner or an admin can connect Salesforce. Every member can then use the connection.

  • Phone searches run from the record's LinkedIn URL, so keep that field filled in Salesforce.

Connect Salesforce

  1. Go to Integrations in the left menu.

  2. On the Salesforce card, click Connect.

  3. On the Salesforce page, click Connect. A Salesforce window opens.

  4. Sign in to Salesforce and authorize Enrow.

Back in Enrow, a message confirms that Salesforce is connected.

Map your fields

  1. Go to Integrations and click Configure on the Salesforce card.

  2. In Field Mapping, match each Enrow field to a Salesforce field: Email, Phone, LinkedIn URL, First name, Last name, Company name, Job title (headline) and Location (city).

  3. For each field, choose the Override setting. When it is off (recommended), Enrow keeps the value already in Salesforce and only fills empty fields. When it is on, Enrow replaces the value.

  4. Click Save Configuration.

Keep the Email mapping: Enrow uses it to find the matching record. Without it, each push creates a new record. Keep the LinkedIn URL mapping too: without it, Enrow can't find phone numbers.

Enrich your Salesforce records

  • A whole list at once: click Run now, choose a Salesforce list, check the Estimated cost, then click Run enrichment.

  • From LinkedIn: with the Chrome extension, find a prospect's email and phone on their LinkedIn profile, then send them to Salesforce in one click. Enrow creates the record, or updates it if it already exists. You can also push contacts from an Enrow list.

Automatic enrichment, when a record joins a list, isn't available on Salesforce yet. In the meantime, you can still push contacts and run enrichments yourself.

These options work as they do for HubSpot. For the details, see Enrich your HubSpot contacts with Enrow.

The History tab lists every enrichment and every push to Salesforce.

What it costs

  • Email: 1 credit per email found.

  • Phone: 40 credits per mobile number found (50 on legacy plans).

  • Nothing when nothing is found.

  • Pushing a contact to Salesforce is free.

Before a list enrichment, Enrow shows the estimated cost.

Disconnect Salesforce

Go to Integrations > Salesforce, then click Disconnect in the Danger zone. This removes the connection and permanently deletes your mapping and settings. The data Enrow already wrote stays in Salesforce.
