How the Enrow Chrome extension works

Find a verified email and phone number from a LinkedIn profile, save the contact to a list or send it to your CRM, find your results and change the settings.

Written by Thomas Lucy

Open a LinkedIn profile and the Enrow panel opens by itself. Click to find the person's verified email (1 credit) or mobile number (40 credits). You pay only when Enrow finds a result. Then save the contact to a list or send it to your CRM.

The extension works on LinkedIn profiles and Sales Navigator lead pages, one profile at a time. It doesn't work on search results, on your feed or on other websites. If you haven't installed it yet, see How to install the Enrow Chrome extension.

Find an email

  1. Open the person's LinkedIn profile. The Enrow panel opens by itself. It shows the person's photo, name, job title and company, and your credit balance.

  2. In the ENRICHMENT section, click Find email.

Enrow uses the name and the current company shown on the profile. If it finds a valid email, the email appears in green, already verified. Click the copy icon next to it to copy it. If no email exists, the button shows Email not found and you pay nothing.

If the profile shows no current company, Enrow can't look for the email. You can still look for the phone number.

Find a phone number

  1. In the ENRICHMENT section, click Find mobile phone.

  2. If Enrow finds a number, it appears in green in the panel. Click the copy icon next to it to copy it.

Enrow returns one number: a mobile or a direct line, never a switchboard.

What it costs

Each button shows its cost in credits before you click: 1 for the email, 40 for the mobile.

  • 1 credit when an email is found.

  • 40 credits when a phone number is found. On legacy plans, a phone number can cost 50 credits (see Legacy plans).

  • Nothing when nothing is found.

  • Nothing to save a contact to a list or to send it to your CRM.

Enrow sets no daily limit on the number of profiles. You only need enough credits. On a team, the extension uses the team's shared credits.

Save the contact to a list

  1. In the LISTS section of the panel, click Select a list.

  2. Choose one of your lists. To find it quickly, type its name in Search lists....

  3. Click Add to list.

To create a new list, open Select a list, type the name of the new list in the field at the bottom of the menu, then pick a color and an icon. Then click Add to list.

You can save a contact without looking for their email or phone number. The contact appears right away in Lists in the app. See How lists work.

Send the contact to your CRM

First, connect your CRM in Integrations in the app. On a team, the owner or an admin connects it, and then every member can send contacts. Integrations are available on paid plans.

Then, on the profile, click Export to CRM. Enrow creates the contact in your CRM, or updates it if it already exists, with the name, email, phone number, company and LinkedIn URL.

You can send a contact without searching first, to save only the profile details. To get a complete record, find the email and phone number before you send the contact.

This works with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce. See Connect HubSpot to Enrow.

History

At the bottom of the panel, next to Search, you find three more tabs: History, Feedback and Settings.

Click History to see the last 100 profiles you enriched with the extension, with the email and phone number found.

  • To find a contact, type in Search by name, company, email....

  • To update the list, click the refresh button next to the search field.

Find your results in the app

Go to Email Finder or Phone Finder, then click the Extension tab above the table. To download results, select them, then click Download.

Searches are deleted after 3 months, so keep a copy of what you need. Contacts saved in a list are not deleted.

Feedback

To send a comment, a bug or an idea to the Enrow team, click Feedback at the bottom of the panel.

  1. Choose Feedback, Report a Bug or Feature Request.

  2. Type a Short summary, then your message.

  3. To add a screenshot, click Attach a screenshot (or paste from clipboard).

  4. Click Send.

Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the panel.

  • Confirm before searching: the extension asks you to confirm before each search, to avoid accidental clicks.

  • Smart panel: the panel opens by itself on profiles and closes on other pages. Turn it off if you don't want the panel to open by itself.

  • Auto-scroll to Experience: the extension briefly scrolls the profile page so that the profile loads completely.

  • Theme: choose Light, Dark or System.

  • Language: by default, the extension uses the language of your Enrow account: English, French, Spanish or German. Choose another language here to change only the extension. See Change the app language.

  • Log out: logs you out of the extension.

Verify an email you already have

The extension doesn't verify emails. Emails found by the extension are already verified. To check an email you already have, use the Email Verifier in the app (see How to verify an email address).

If the panel doesn't appear

  1. Check that you are on a profile page (linkedin.com/in/…) or a Sales Navigator lead page.

  2. Reload the LinkedIn page.

  3. Check that you are logged in to app.enrow.io in the same Chrome browser.

  4. Check that Smart panel is on in the extension's Settings tab.

If you have run out of credits, the extension can't start new searches. See What happens when you run out of credits.
