How to find, download and delete your past searches

Find your past searches and files, download their results, delete them, and know how long Enrow keeps them.

Written by Thomas Lucy

Your past searches are in the table below the search form of each tool: Email Finder, Phone Finder and Email Verifier. Download a file's results from the Output column. All searches are deleted automatically after 3 months, so download what you want to keep.

Find a search

  1. Go to Email Finder, Phone Finder or Email Verifier in the left menu.

  2. Scroll down to the table below the search form.

  3. Click a tab to filter your searches.

The tabs are:

  • All: all your searches.

  • Single: the searches made with the search bar.

  • Bulk: your files.

  • Extension: the searches made with the Chrome extension (Email Finder and Phone Finder only).

The number next to Single, Bulk and Extension is the number of searches of that kind. Use the arrows at the bottom of the table to see more pages. Click Columns to show or hide the Input, Status, Output, Contacts and Date columns.

Searches made through the API don't appear in these tables. You can follow your API usage in Analytics.

Note: In a team, you may also see your teammates' searches, depending on your team's settings (see Control team usage: quotas, API access and search visibility).

Download results

A file: in the Input column, click the file name to download your original file. In the Output column, click the file name that ends with "_export" to download your enriched file. Its format and columns follow your File Output Settings (see How to customize your export file (File Output Settings)).

Single searches and extension searches:

  1. Click the Single or Extension tab.

  2. Check the box of each search you want. The box in the header selects them all.

  3. Click Download (n).

To copy one result, click the copy icon next to it.

For an Email Finder file, click the three dots (⋮) at the end of its line, then Info, to see its details: settings, column mapping and Bulk search ID.

Delete searches

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) at the end of the line, then Delete. To delete several searches at once, check their boxes in the Single or Extension tab, then click Delete (n).

  2. Confirm.

Deleting is permanent and takes effect right away: the search and its results are erased from Enrow's servers (only a technical copy is kept for 48 hours at most). It can't be undone, and the credits spent are not refunded.

How long Enrow keeps your searches

All your searches are deleted automatically 3 months after you make them, in line with GDPR. This covers:

  • searches made with the search bar,

  • files, both the original and the enriched file,

  • searches made with the Chrome extension,

  • searches made through the API.

You don't get a warning before the deletion. Deleted searches can't be recovered, and this period can't be changed. Download your enriched files and keep a copy of the results you need.

Your Lists are not deleted: the contacts you saved in a list stay there (see How lists work). The data you have already exported, for example to your CRM, stays where you exported it. Its use is covered by Enrow's terms (see What you can do with Enrow data).

To have all your data deleted earlier, write to [email protected]. See also How to request the deletion of your personal data.
