Click File Output Settings above the results table of a tool to choose your file format (CSV or XLSX), which rows to keep, and the order and names of your columns. Your changes are saved automatically and apply to every file you download afterwards, including files that are already finished.
Open the settings
Go to Email Finder, Phone Finder or Email Verifier in the left menu.
Click File Output Settings, at the top right of the table.
Each tool has its own settings. Your settings are personal: if you work in a team, your teammates keep their own.
Export format
CSV: a light text file that opens in all spreadsheet apps. Values are separated by commas, with UTF-8 encoding.
XLSX: an Excel file, with formatting and colors.
Tip: If you open your files in Microsoft Excel, choose XLSX. Excel sometimes shows a CSV file badly, for example with all the data in one column or with broken accents.
Result filter
Email Finder and Email Verifier: All results, Valid only or Invalid only.
Phone Finder: All results, Found only or Not found only.
For example, choose Valid only in the Email Verifier to download only the addresses you can send to.
Note: With a filter, your file has fewer rows than your original file. If rows seem to be missing, check this setting first.
Columns
In Column Order & Visibility, each line is one column of your file:
Reorder the columns by dragging them, or with the up and down arrows. The order on the page is the order in your file.
Rename a column by typing a new name in its field.
Hide a column by unchecking the box at the end of its line.
Color a column header with the colored square (XLSX only).
The columns that Enrow adds end with "(Enrow)", for example Email (Enrow), Number (Enrow) and Country (Enrow). The Processed column shows the result of each row: valid or invalid for emails, found or not found for phone numbers.
The other columns of your original file are not listed on this page, but they are kept in your enriched file.
Excel Styling
These settings apply to XLSX files:
Header background color, Header text color and Header formatting (bold, italic, underline).
File font: the font of the whole file.
Cell colors: the color of Enrow's cells, of valid results and of invalid results.
Freeze first row, so the column names stay visible when you scroll.
Auto-width columns, so each column fits its content.
Click Preview to see an example of your file with the current settings. To go back to Enrow's settings, click Reset to defaults at the bottom of the page.
When the settings apply
Your file is created when you download it. So your settings apply to all your next downloads, including the files you ran before you changed them. To get a file in a new format, change the settings, then download the file again from the Output column.
