I can't log in to my account

Find the cause of your login problem from the message you see, and how to fix it.

Written by Thomas Lucy

Most login problems come from a wrong password, an account that was never activated, or the wrong login method (Google or password). Find the message you see, or your situation, below.

"Could not log in, please verify your credentials"

The email address or the password is wrong.

  1. Check the email address. It must be the address of your Enrow account.

  2. If you're not sure of your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page and set a new one. See Change or reset your password.

The Enrow login page

You never clicked the verification link

An account that was never activated can't log in, and Forgot your password? sends nothing to it. See I didn't receive my verification email.

You signed up with Google, or with a password

Use the same method you used to sign up:

  • You signed up with an email and a password: log in with your password. Continue with Google doesn't work for this account. The app says: "This email already has a password account — log in with your password below."

  • You signed up with Continue with Google: click Continue with Google. If you also want a password, set one with Forgot your password?. You can then log in either way.

"This account is disabled"

Your account is scheduled for deletion. If you asked for it, you can cancel the deletion with the restore link in the email Enrow sent you. See Delete your account (and cancel a deletion). If you didn't ask for a deletion, contact [email protected].

The page keeps loading, or your data doesn't show

  1. Reload the page without the cache: press Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac, or Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows.

  2. Log out, then log in again. To log out, click your name at the bottom left of the app, then Logout.

  3. Still stuck? Try in a private browser window.

If the app says "We couldn't restore your session. Please sign in again.", log in again.

You're logged in but can't search

If you're on a team, check the message you see:

  • Account suspended: the team owner or an admin suspended your access.

  • Monthly quota reached: you used all the credits of your monthly quota.

  • Team credits exhausted: the team's shared credits are used up.

In each case, contact your team owner or an admin. See Control team usage: quotas, API access and search visibility.

Your login details were lost or stolen

Write to [email protected] right away. Support will reset access to your account.
