Get help
Chat: click the chat bubble at the bottom right of enrow.io or of this help center to talk to the Enrow team. The chat is not available in the app.
Email: write to [email protected]. Write from the email address of your Enrow account, so the team can find your account quickly.
To get an answer faster, say what you were doing, which tool you used (Email Finder, Phone Finder, Email Verifier, extension, API or integration), and the name of the file if there is one. Add a screenshot if you can. Never send your password or your API key.
API and integrations: use the chat or [email protected] too. To ask for a higher API rate limit, write to [email protected].
Service down? Report it to [email protected]. Enrow acknowledges the report within 4 business hours (Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Paris time).
Send feedback or report a bug from the app
Click the ? button at the top right of the app.
Click Suggestion / Report a Bug.
Choose Feedback, Report a Bug or Feature Request.
Fill in Short summary and the description. You can attach a screenshot.
Click Submit.
For an urgent problem, use the chat or [email protected] instead.
Talk to sales or book a demo
Go to enrow.io/en/book-demo, fill in your email, first name, last name and what you want to do with Enrow, then click Book my demo. The demo takes 15 minutes. The team runs Enrow live on your own prospects, compares the results with your current tool and shows how Enrow fits with your CRM, API or Clay workflow. You get 500 free credits after the demo.
For other sales questions, such as a custom plan, a partnership or reselling Enrow data, use the demo page or the chat. In the app, you can also click Contact Sales on the Custom Plan card of the plans page (see Custom plans for high volumes).
Privacy and personal data
Remove your data from Enrow: use the Claim form. See How to request the deletion of your personal data.
