To stop Enrow from providing your contact details to its customers, fill in the Claim form, then click the confirmation link that Enrow emails you. For any other request about your data, write to [email protected]. Enrow handles requests within 24 business hours.
Remove your contact details from Enrow
Go to enrow.io/en/legal/claim. You can also click Claim at the bottom of any page of enrow.io.
Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number (in international format, for example +33 6 12 34 56 78), LinkedIn Profile and Country. Company Name and Job Title are optional, but they help Enrow exclude any future data about you.
Complete the captcha, then click submit privacy request.
The page says Check your inbox: if a matching profile exists, Enrow sends a confirmation link to the email address you entered.
Click the link in the email. Your request takes effect only once you click it. The page then says Objection confirmed.
Enrow then adds you to its permanent suppression list. It no longer provides your data to its customers, even if your data appears again in public sources. Enrow keeps only the minimum information needed on this list, for the sole purpose of honoring your request.
Don't have a LinkedIn profile, or don't want to give your phone number? Write to [email protected] instead.
Note: Enrow can't delete your data from the tools of the company that contacted you. To stop hearing from them, ask that company directly. It must tell you where it got your data and how to object.
Other requests: access, correction and more
Write to [email protected], or by post to: SCHRUTE FARMS / ENROW — DPO — 123 Rue De Rome, 75017 Paris, France.
Give your first and last name, and the email address or phone number concerned. Enrow may ask for proof of identity. You can ask for:
Access: to know whether Enrow processes data about you, and get a copy. For the origin of the data, Enrow tells you the type of source: the public web, a third-party data provider, or its own search and verification technology. It doesn't give the names of its providers, which are a trade secret.
Correction: to update data that is wrong, for example after you change jobs.
Deletion or objection: the same result as the Claim form.
Restriction: to pause the use of your data while a request is checked.
Portability: this right doesn't strictly apply, because Enrow relies on legitimate interest, but Enrow handles reasonable requests.
Enrow handles your request within 24 business hours after it has everything it needs, and confirms by email.
You're an Enrow customer: delete your own data
Searches, files and results are deleted automatically 3 months after you make them, in the app, the Chrome extension and the API. To delete one sooner, click the three dots (⋮) at the end of its line in your history, then Delete. Deletion is immediate and final (a technical copy can remain for 48 hours at most), and the credits spent are not refunded. See How to find, download and delete your past searches.
All your data at once: ask [email protected] to delete it early. It's done within 5 business days.
Lists are not deleted automatically. You can delete them in Lists (see How lists work).
Your account: go to Profile and delete your account. The deletion becomes final after 30 days. Enrow still keeps your invoices for 10 years and minimal account data for 3 years, to meet its legal obligations. See Delete your account (and cancel a deletion).
The data you exported to your own tools, such as your CRM or spreadsheets, stays under your responsibility: delete it there too.
