Check your spam folder first. If the email isn't there, click Resend email on the Verify your email page. If you already left that page, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and the team will activate your account.
Find the verification email
When you create your account, Enrow sends a verification link to your email address. The app then shows the Verify your email page.
Open your mailbox. The Open Gmail and Open Outlook buttons on the page take you there.
Look in your spam or junk folder too.
Click the link in the email. The Account activated! page confirms that your account is ready, with your 50 free credits.
You can't log in until you click this link.
Send the email again
On the Verify your email page, click Resend email. The button becomes available after a short countdown.
Typed the wrong address? Click Wrong address? Sign up again and sign up with the right address.
The link says "Activation failed"
The link is invalid or has expired. Click Send a new activation link on that page, then click the link in the new email.
If the page says Already activated, your account is already active. Just log in.
"An account already exists with this email address"
You see this message when you try to sign up again with the same address. If you also can't log in, your account was created but never activated. In this case, Forgot your password? sends nothing, because the account isn't active yet.
Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. The team activates your account. You can then log in with the password you chose when you signed up.
Your address is refused
Enrow accepts only work email addresses. Personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook…) and temporary or disposable addresses are refused. See Can I sign up without a work email address?
If your work address is refused, or never receives the email, write to [email protected] and give that address.
