Your account settings are in the account menu: click your name at the bottom left of the app, then Profile. There you can change your name, avatar, password and language.
The account menu
Click your name at the bottom left of the app. The menu has three options:
Profile: your name, avatar, password, language and account deletion.
Notification settings: choose where your alerts go.
Logout: sign out of Enrow.
The Profile page
The Profile page has three tabs:
Profile: your personal details and settings.
Notifications: see Manage your notifications.
Applications: the AI assistants connected to your Enrow account. You can disconnect them here. See Use Enrow in an AI assistant (MCP): overview.
Change your name
On the Profile tab, change First name or Last name.
Click Update profile. The button appears once you have changed your name.
Change your avatar
Your avatar is shown next to your name, and in the tables your team shares. By default, it shows your company's logo, or your initials.
On the Profile tab, click your avatar, to the left of your name.
Click Edit avatar.
Choose an image: JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB.
Crop the image, then confirm.
You can also remove your image to go back to the default avatar.
Other settings on the Profile tab
Email: you can't change it yourself. See Change the email address of your account.
Password: click Reset by email. See Change or reset your password.
Language: see Change the app language.
Danger Zone: delete your account. See Delete your account (and cancel a deletion).
The buttons at the top right of the app
The bell shows your notifications.
The question mark opens two options: Product Tour, a guided tour of the app, and Suggestion / Report a Bug, to send feedback, report a bug or ask for a new feature.
Dark mode (the moon icon) switches the app between light and dark colors.
