Invite members and manage roles

Invite colleagues to your team, follow invitations and join requests, and choose what each member can do.

Written by Thomas Lucy

On the Team page, type your colleague's email in Invite a member and click Send invitation. The team owner and admins can invite. Each person on the team has one of three roles: Owner, Admin or Member.

Invite a member

  1. Go to Team in the left menu.

  2. In Invite a member, type your colleague's email address.

  3. Check the monthly quota shown for this person (Monthly quota • Unlimited by default). To limit how many credits a member can use, see Control team usage: quotas, API access and search visibility.

  4. Click Send invitation.

Your colleague receives the invitation by email. When they accept, they get access to the team's credits, and their own credits join the team pool.

The Invite a member card and the Pending Invitations table

Follow your invitations

The Pending Invitations table lists the invitations not yet accepted, with the date each one was sent (Invited on) and the date it expires (Expires on).

  • To cancel an invitation, click Cancel on its line.

  • To cancel several at once, select them, then click Cancel.

If an invitation expires, send a new one.

Colleagues who want to join

  • Pending join requests: colleagues with your company's email domain who asked to join your team.

  • Colleagues without a team: people who use Enrow with your email domain but are not on any team. You can invite them.

Number of seats

The Team page shows how many seats you use, for example "3/10 seats used". The limit depends on your plan: up to 2 members on Start, up to 10 on Pro, unlimited on Scale, Custom and one-time payment. When you reach the limit, upgrade your plan to invite more people. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan.

What each role can do

  • Owner: full control. The owner is the only one who manages billing and can delete the team. The owner has no monthly quota.

  • Admin: invites and removes members, sets quotas, turns API access on or off for members, connects integrations, and sees the team analytics and all searches. Admins can see the team API key, but only the owner can reset it. Admins can't manage billing or delete the team.

  • Member: searches emails and phone numbers, and sees shared searches.

What the Owner, Admin and Member roles can do

Change a member's role

To make a member an admin, choose Make Admin for this member in the members list. The change takes effect immediately. To undo it, choose Make Member.

The owner role can't be given to another member in the app. See Join, leave or delete a team.

Suspend or remove a member

  • Suspend: the member loses access to the team's credits and shared searches until you reactivate them with Activate.

  • Remove: the member leaves the team and loses access to the team's lists. This can't be undone.

To act on several members at once, select them, then choose Activate, Suspend or Remove.

When you change a member's role, suspend or reactivate them, they get a notification in the app.
