Delete your account (and cancel a deletion)

Delete your Enrow account from your profile, what happens to your data and credits, and how to cancel within 30 days.

Written by Thomas Lucy

Go to Profile, click Delete Account in the Danger Zone, type delete my account and confirm. Your subscription is canceled right away, and your account is deleted for good after 30 days. Until then, you can cancel the deletion with the link Enrow emails you.

Before you start

Delete your account

  1. Click your name at the bottom left of the app, then Profile.

  2. In the Danger Zone, click Delete Account.

  3. Type delete my account in the field.

  4. Click Yes, permanently delete my account.

You are signed out.

What happens next

  • Your subscription is canceled immediately. There is no refund, including for credits you didn't use. See Refund policy.

  • You get an email with a link to cancel the deletion.

  • For 30 days, your account is disabled. If you try to log in, the app says: "This account is disabled. If you requested its deletion, use the restore link we emailed you — otherwise contact support."

  • After 30 days, the deletion is final. Your account, data, searches and files are permanently deleted, and your remaining credits are lost.

Cancel the deletion

You have 30 days to change your mind.

  1. Open the email Enrow sent you when you deleted your account, and click the restore link.

  2. On the Restore your account page, click Restore my account.

  3. Log in again.

Your account comes back with its credits. Your previous subscription is not reactivated: to subscribe again, choose a plan in Billing. See Choose a plan.

What Enrow keeps after the deletion

Enrow keeps your invoices for 10 years, as accounting law requires. A minimum of account data is also archived for 3 years, for legal reasons.
