To upgrade or downgrade your plan, go to the Billing page and choose the plan you wish to switch to.
Upgrade
If you decide to upgrade to a higher plan, your old plan is replaced by the new one, and you must pay immediately upon making the change. You will receive your credits instantly. Your billing period changes, and you will be charged one month later from the date of the plan change.
For example, if you started a $99 plan on January 15th and decide to switch to a $189 plan on January 25th, you will pay for your new subscription and receive your credits immediately. Your new billing date will be January 25th.
Downgrade
If you decide to downgrade to a lower plan, your old plan is replaced by the new one starting from the billing date of the first plan. You will receive your credits at the start of your next billing period.
For example, if you have a $99 plan that started on January 15th and decides to switch to a $29 plan on January 25th, you will be charged $29 on the following January 15th, and you will receive your credits then. Your billing cycle remains the same.
