Legacy plans

If you subscribed before the current plans, you may be on a legacy plan. See what stays the same, what is different, and what happens if you change plan.

A legacy plan is a subscription that started before the current plans and prices. You keep its price as long as your subscription stays active. If you change plan or your subscription ends, you can't get it back.

Check if you are on a legacy plan

Go to Billing > Overview. A legacy plan shows a Legacy badge and this message: "You're on a legacy plan. Your rate stays locked in as long as you stay subscribed — switching moves you to the current catalog."

What stays the same

  • Your price. It doesn't change when Enrow's prices change, as long as your subscription stays active. Enrow announces any price change by email 30 days before it applies.

  • Your credits roll over with no limit while your subscription is active. On current plans, roll-over has a limit. See Subscription vs pay-as-you-go credits.

  • An email found costs 1 credit, as on all plans.

What is different

  • A mobile number costs 50 credits with the credits of a legacy plan, instead of 40 on current plans. Pay-as-you-go credits bought before June 18, 2026 also pay 50 credits per number. Credits bought since then pay 40.

  • Enrow uses your subscription credits first, so a number found with them costs 50 credits. See How credits work: what each action costs.

If you change plan

Any change on the plans page moves you to the current plans and prices: another plan, another number of credits, or a switch from monthly to yearly. Before you confirm, the plans page warns you: "Choosing one of the plans below ends your current rate — you won't be able to switch back."

Before you switch, compare the current plans. See Choose a plan: Start, Pro, Scale, monthly, yearly or one-time payment.

If your subscription ends

Your subscription credits stay usable until the end of the period you paid for. After that, they are lost, as on current plans. Your pay-as-you-go credits stay. If you subscribe again later, the current prices apply: the legacy price can't be restored.
