Find an email with the search bar

Look up one person's professional email from the Email Finder page.

Written by Thomas Lucy

To find one person's email, go to Email Finder, enter their full name and their company's domain in Single Search, then click Search. You pay 1 credit only if an email is found.

  1. Go to Email Finder in the left menu.

  2. In Single Search, type the person's first and last name in Full name.

  3. In Company Domain/Name, type the domain of the company they work for, for example acme.com. If you don't know the domain, type the company name.

  4. Click Search.

The Search button stays gray until both fields are filled in. If you type only one word in Full name, the app warns you: without the last name, Enrow rarely finds the email.

Tip: Use the domain whenever you can. As the app says under the Company Domain/Name field: "+30% finding rate with a domain."

Have a whole list of contacts? Upload a file in Bulk Search instead (see How to find emails in bulk from a file).

Read the result

The result appears at the top of the table, below the search form:

  • Email valid: Enrow found the email and verified it. Click the copy icon next to the address to copy it.

  • Not found: Enrow found no valid email for this person. Check the spelling of the name, or try the company's exact domain.

Every email is verified before you see it. You don't need to check it again with the Email Verifier.

What it costs

  • 1 credit when an email is found.

  • Nothing when no email is found.

Each search is done live. If you search for the same person again and the email is found, it costs 1 credit again. Copy the result instead of searching twice.

Find your past searches

To see only the searches you made with the search bar, click the Single tab above the table. Searches are deleted after 3 months, so keep a copy of the emails you need.
