Use Enrow in Zapier

Add the Enrow app to your Zaps to find work emails, verify emails, find mobile numbers and check your credit balance.

The Enrow app for Zapier adds four actions to your Zaps: Find Email, Verify Email, Find Phone Number and Get Account Info. Enrow has no trigger: the Zap starts in another app, such as a new row in Google Sheets, then Enrow does the search and the next step saves the result.

Before you start

  • A Zapier account. Enrow is a standard Zapier app, not a premium one.

  • A paid Enrow plan and your Enrow API key. Go to API in the left menu of Enrow to copy it. See Find, copy or reset your API key.

Connect Enrow to Zapier

  1. In Zapier, create a Zap that starts in another app, for example New Row in Google Sheets.

  2. Add an action step and search for Enrow.

  3. Choose an action.

  4. When Zapier asks you to connect Enrow, paste your Enrow API key.

You connect once: your other Zaps reuse the same connection.

The four actions

  • Find Email: takes a full name and a company domain, and returns the person's work email, verified by Enrow. It needs the domain: if your rows only have a company name, add the domain first.

  • Verify Email: checks whether an address can receive email, catch-all addresses included. Use it on emails from forms or old lists.

  • Find Phone Number: takes a LinkedIn profile URL and returns the person's mobile number.

  • Get Account Info: returns your Enrow credit balance, for example to send yourself an alert before it runs out.

Example: add emails to new Google Sheets rows

  1. Trigger: New Row in Google Sheets.

  2. Filter: continue only if the email column is empty, so you never search twice.

  3. Action: Enrow Find Email, with the name and domain columns.

  4. Action: Google Sheets Update Row, to write the email in the row.

Test the Enrow step on a sample row before you turn the Zap on.

What it costs

  • Find Email: 1 credit per email found.

  • Find Phone Number: 40 credits per mobile number found (50 on legacy plans).

  • Verify Email: 0.25 credit per email verified.

  • Get Account Info: free.

  • Nothing when a search finds nothing.

Zapier also counts a task for each action step on your Zapier plan, separately from your Enrow credits.

If it doesn't work

  • The connection fails: check that you pasted the full API key. If you reset your key in Enrow, update the Enrow connection in Zapier with the new key.

  • The Enrow step fails with a credits error: your Enrow balance is empty. See What happens when you run out of credits.

  • You need bulk searches: the Enrow app runs one search at a time. To send whole lists, call the Enrow API with Webhooks by Zapier (a premium Zapier app), with your key in the x-api-key header. See Get started with the Enrow API.
