Connect Enrow to a tool without a native integration

Link Enrow to Attio, Close, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Emelia, Salesloft, Outreach or any other tool through Zapier, Make, n8n or the API.

If Enrow has no integration for your tool, connect them through Zapier, Make or n8n, where Enrow has its own app, or call the Enrow API directly. The automation takes a new record in your tool, asks Enrow for the email or phone number, then writes the result back.

How it works

Every automation has the same three steps:

  1. A trigger in your tool: for example, a new contact in your CRM or a new row in a sheet.

  2. An Enrow step: find the email, verify an email or find the mobile number. Enrow has an app on Zapier and Make, and a community node on n8n.

  3. An update step in your tool: write Enrow's result back to the record.

Before you start, you need a paid Enrow plan and your Enrow API key. See Find, copy or reset your API key.

Which platform to use for your tool

  • Attio: Zapier is the quickest. Trigger on Record Created (People object) or List Entry Created, add Enrow's Find Email, then Attio's Update Record. On n8n, call Attio's API with the HTTP Request node. Step-by-step on enrow.io

  • Close: Zapier offers the most triggers, Smart Views included: New Contact, Enrow's Find Email, then Update Contact. Make works too, with a Close API key. Step-by-step on enrow.io

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: Dynamics 365 is a premium app on Zapier, so you need a paid Zapier plan. On Make, it needs the Enterprise plan. On n8n, use the Microsoft Dataverse node. Step-by-step on enrow.io

  • Emelia: Emelia has an app on Zapier, Make and n8n, so all three work. Zapier is the quickest to set up. Step-by-step on enrow.io

  • Salesloft: Salesloft is a premium app on Zapier (paid Zapier plan), and needs the Enterprise plan on Make. On n8n, call Salesloft's API with the HTTP Request node. Step-by-step on enrow.io

  • Outreach: Zapier covers the whole recipe, from Create Prospect to Add Prospect to Sequence. On Make, Outreach needs the Enterprise plan. Step-by-step on enrow.io

  • Other tools, such as Google Sheets, Airtable or another CRM: use any platform that has an app for your tool. To set up Enrow there, see Use Enrow in Zapier, Use Enrow in Make or Use Enrow in n8n.

Tips for a clean automation

  • Skip records that already have an email. Add a filter before the Enrow step, so you don't pay to find the same email twice.

  • Write to empty fields only. Enrow writes nothing in your tool by itself: the update step does. Map Enrow's result to empty fields so your data stays as it is.

  • Send the company domain. Enrow's Find Email on Zapier needs a domain, and the domain gives the best results everywhere.

  • Keep the LinkedIn URL. Mobile numbers are found from the person's LinkedIn profile URL.

  • Test on a few records first. For a cold email tool, use a test campaign: adding a contact to an active campaign starts sending emails.

  • With the API, pass the record ID of your tool in the custom field. Enrow sends it back with the result, so you can update the right record.

What it costs

  • Email: 1 credit per email found.

  • Phone: 40 credits per mobile number found (50 on legacy plans).

  • Verification: 0.25 credit per email verified.

  • Nothing when a search finds nothing.

Zapier, Make and n8n bill their own usage on their own plans.

Ask for a new integration

If a missing integration really blocks you, write to [email protected] and tell us which tool you use. Your requests help decide which integrations come next.
