You can use the Enrow API for your own prospecting, in your own internal tools, and in the tools you connect it to. To resell Enrow data, show it to your own customers, or use Enrow in a waterfall or enrichment product, you first need a written agreement with Enrow. Contact our sales team to ask for one.
What you can do without an agreement
Use the API for your own prospecting: scripts, internal tools, workflows that enrich your own CRM.
Use your API key in tools that integrate Enrow, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay or Zapier. You are responsible for how these tools use it.
Agencies: use Enrow to run prospecting campaigns for your clients.
What needs a written agreement
Enrow's terms of service (clauses 8.3 and 13.2) don't allow these uses without Enrow's prior written consent:
reselling the data you get from Enrow, or giving it to third parties (for example, delivering enriched files to your clients);
showing data from Enrow inside a product or service you sell to your own customers;
using Enrow in a waterfall tool (a tool that queries several data providers one after the other);
building a competing product or a data enrichment service.
Each agreement is made case by case, with a custom reseller contract. Using Enrow this way without an agreement is a serious breach of the terms and can end your subscription.

Ask for a partner or reseller agreement
Contact the sales team through the chat, or book a call at enrow.io/en/book-demo. Tell us:
what your product does and how it would use Enrow;
who would see the data (your team, your customers);
your expected volume of searches per month.
For high volumes, Enrow offers custom plans. See Custom plans for high volumes.
Build a reliable integration
Keep your API key on your server. Never put it in code that runs in the browser or in a mobile app.
If your users connect their own Enrow account, each one uses their own API key and their own credits. Encrypt the keys you store.
Use bulk requests and webhooks to send fewer requests and get results as soon as they are ready. Send
customdata to link each result to the right record.Watch your balance with
GET /account/info, and set up a low-credit alert or automatic top-up so your product doesn't stop. See API credits: how searches are charged and how to track your balance.Need more than 10 requests per second? Write to [email protected]. See Rate limits, batch sizes and response times.
