Connect Instantly with an Instantly API key, then push contacts from your Enrow lists into an Instantly campaign or lead list. Their emails are already verified by Enrow, catch-all addresses included, so you don't need to verify them again in Instantly.

Before you start

Any Instantly plan. Instantly includes API access on all its plans.
A paid Enrow plan. On a team, only the team owner or an admin connects Instantly. Every member can then push contacts.
Contacts in an Enrow list. You save contacts to your lists from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension. See How lists work. Only contacts with an email can be pushed.

Connect Instantly

In Instantly, go to Settings > Integrations > API Keys and create an API v2 key. We recommend the all:all scope. At a minimum, the key needs campaigns:read, lead_lists:read and leads:create. Copy the key right away: Instantly shows it only once.
In Enrow, go to Integrations in the left menu.
On the Instantly card, click Connect.
Paste the key in API key, then click Connect.

Enrow checks the key with Instantly before saving it. If you see "Invalid API key", copy the full key again and paste it.

Set up the push

Pushing works with the default settings. To change them, click Configure on the Instantly card:

Default destination: the campaign or lead list your pushes go to. It is preselected each time you push. Choose No default — ask every time to pick it at each push.
- Campaign: the contacts are added to the campaign and emailed by its sequence.
- Lead list: the contacts are saved in Instantly, but they are not emailed until you add them to a campaign.
Field mapping: by default, Email goes to email, First name to first_name, Last name to last_name, Company name to company_name and Phone to phone. LinkedIn URL, Headline and Location become custom variables: write {{linkedin_url}}, {{headline}} and {{location}} in your sequences. Variable names are case-sensitive.
Push options:
- Skip leads already in your workspace (on by default): a contact who already exists anywhere in your Instantly workspace is skipped, so nobody is contacted twice.
- Skip leads already in a campaign (off by default): skips contacts who are already in another campaign.
- Verify leads on import (off by default): runs Instantly's own verification on the pushed leads. You don't need it, and it uses your Instantly verification credits.
Auto-normalize data: cleans up names, emails, LinkedIn URLs and text before the push. Recommended.

Push contacts

Go to Lists in the left menu and open a list.
To push one contact, click Push to Instantly on the contact's row. To push several, select them and click Push to….
In the Push contacts window, choose a destination in Campaigns or Lead lists. A destination that already has the contact shows Already pushed, with the date.
Confirm the push.

Enrow then shows how many contacts were added, how many were duplicates and how many were skipped. Every push is listed in the History tab of the integration.

Campaigns run by Instantly's AI SDR are not shown in the list, as in Instantly itself.

What it costs

Pushing contacts to Instantly is free. You only spend credits when Enrow finds the data: 1 credit per email found and 40 credits per mobile number found (50 on legacy plans). Instantly bills its own plan.

If a contact isn't pushed

The contact has no email. Contacts without an email are skipped.
The contact already exists in your Instantly workspace. It is skipped by default. To run the same contact in several campaigns, turn off Skip leads already in your workspace.
Your Instantly plan's lead limit is reached. Enrow tells you that some contacts were not added. Free up space or upgrade your plan in Instantly.
Enrow says the key is invalid. The key was deleted in Instantly or doesn't have the right scopes. Create a new key and paste it in Integrations > Instantly.
