No personal emails: the Email Finder only returns professional email addresses, on the domain of the company the person works for. Phone numbers are different: the Phone Finder returns mobile numbers and direct lines, and a mobile number can also be the person's personal phone. Use both for B2B prospecting only.
Emails
The Email Finder returns professional addresses only, such as [email protected]. It never returns Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo addresses. To find someone's email, enter the domain of the company they work for, not a public domain such as gmail.com.
The Email Verifier can check any address, including personal ones. Personal addresses are often returned as invalid. Each verification costs 0.25 credit, whatever the result.
Phone numbers
The Phone Finder returns one number per person: a mobile number or a direct line, never a switchboard or a shared office line. Many professionals use the same mobile phone for work and for their private life, so the number you get may also be a personal phone.
When you call a mobile number found with Enrow, you must:
have a valid legal basis to call the person in a professional context;
check do-not-call registers, such as Bloctel in France, and their equivalents in other countries;
never use the number for consumer marketing;
follow the local rules on data protection and telemarketing.
These rules come from clause 9.3 of the Terms. You alone are responsible for how you use these numbers.
B2B only
Enrow is for business-to-business prospecting only. You can't use it to find the contact details of consumers or to contact people outside a professional context. See What you can do with the data you get from Enrow.
