Enrow is a native provider in Clay. Add an Enrow enrichment to a Clay table to find work emails, verify emails or find mobile numbers. You choose how you pay: with Clay credits, with nothing to set up, or with your own Enrow credits.
Before you start
A Clay account. The Enrow provider is included in all Clay plans. Phone enrichment starts on Clay's Launch plan, and an HTTP API column needs Clay's Growth plan or above.
To pay with your Enrow credits: a paid Enrow plan and your Enrow API key. Go to API in the left menu of Enrow to copy it. See Find, copy or reset your API key.
Add Enrow to a Clay table
In your Clay table, add an enrichment and search for Enrow.
Choose the action: Find Work Email, Verify Work Email or Find mobile phone number.
Choose how you pay (see below).
Map the inputs from your columns:
Find Work Email: the full name, and the company domain or name. The domain gives the best results.
Verify Work Email: the email to check.
Find mobile phone number: the person's LinkedIn profile URL.
Run a few rows first, check the results, then run the whole table.
Every email Enrow finds is verified before it lands in the cell, catch-all addresses included.
Choose how you pay
With Clay credits (native provider): nothing to set up and no Enrow account needed. Clay bills 0.2 Clay credit per email found and 20 per phone number found, and verification is free. Clay sets these prices.
With your Enrow credits: the two find actions can run on your own Enrow account (Clay calls this "Bring your own account"). Connect your account with your Enrow API key. You then pay 1 Enrow credit per email found and 40 per mobile number found (50 on legacy plans). Clay uses no data credits, but still counts one Action per run.
With an HTTP API column: call any Enrow API endpoint with your key in the
x-api-keyheader (Clay Growth plan or above). The API is asynchronous: the request returns a searchid, not the email. Pass a Clay webhook URL insettings.webhookto get the result, or add a short delay and read it with a GET request onhttps://api.enrow.io/email/find/single?id=…. A verification through the API costs 0.25 Enrow credit.
If you already use Enrow elsewhere, paying with your Enrow credits keeps all your usage on one balance.
Enrich only the rows that need it
Add an Only run if condition to the Enrow column, so it runs only on rows without an email. You can also run Enrow first and another provider only when Enrow finds nothing. This saves credits on both sides.
What it costs
With Clay credits: 0.2 Clay credit per email found, 20 per phone number found, verification free.
With your Enrow credits: 1 credit per email found, 40 per mobile number found (50 on legacy plans), 0.25 per verification through the API.
Nothing when nothing is found: Clay doesn't charge an enrichment that returns nothing, and Enrow doesn't charge a search that finds nothing.
If it doesn't work
When you pay with your Enrow credits, the most common cause is an empty Enrow balance: Clay often shows a vague error, such as "Unable to connect with Enrow". See Enrow isn't working in Clay: how to fix it.
