To use Enrow in Claude, open the Claude guide in Enrow, click the button for your Claude plan, then sign in with your Enrow account. You don't need an API key. Once added, Enrow works on claude.ai, in the desktop app and in the mobile app.
Enrow is not in Claude's connector directory yet (it is coming soon to Anthropic's marketplace), so Enrow is added as a custom connector. The Enrow app fills in everything for you.
Add Enrow to Claude
In Enrow, go to Integrations in the left menu, click the MCP tab, then click Connect on the Claude card.
Click the button for your Claude plan:
Connect to Claude for an individual plan (Free, Pro or Max).
Add for my organization for a Team or Enterprise plan. Only a Claude Owner can do this, and it adds Enrow for all members.
Claude opens with Enrow's name and address already filled in. Click Add.
Next to Enrow, click Connect. Sign in to Enrow if asked, then click Allow. Enrow now shows Connected.
In a chat, open + > Connectors and check that Enrow is on.
In a new conversation, send this test prompt: "Use Enrow to check my credit balance." The answer shows your balance. Reading your balance uses no credits.
On a Team or Enterprise plan, once an Owner has added Enrow, each member goes straight to step 4: in Claude, go to Customize > Connectors, click Connect next to Enrow, and sign in with their own Enrow account.
Add Enrow by hand: in Claude, go to Customize > Connectors, click + Add > Add custom connector, name it Enrow, paste https://mcp.enrow.io/mcp, and finish with Add. Don't add an API key. Then follow steps 4 to 6.
Note: On Claude's Free plan, you can add only one custom connector. In an Enrow team, a member can connect Claude only if the team owner or an admin has given them API access.
If something goes wrong
The sign-in page says the request has expired. A sign-in request is valid for 10 minutes. In Claude, go to Customize > Connectors and click Connect next to Enrow again.
Enrow stopped working or asks you to sign in again. The access was disconnected in Enrow, or it expired. Click Connect next to Enrow again, under Customize > Connectors.
Enrow says a paid plan is required or a limit is reached. See Use Enrow in an AI assistant (MCP): overview.
To remove Claude's access, go to Profile > Applications in Enrow and click Disconnect. Deleting the connector in Claude is not enough.
